Overview

This website is operated by KEPT. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to KEPT. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Orders

When you place an order you receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in that case we refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. Prices may change for future orders but never for an order already placed.

3. Products

We describe our products and show their colours as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so a colour may look slightly different in person. Measurements are given per size on each product page.

4. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and your right to cancel

You may return items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Refund policy. This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Use of the website

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or copy its content, images or design without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
