The KEPT standard

Every piece has to earn its place.

This is the rule we hold ourselves to. Nothing is listed until it has passed the same four checks, and every product page shows the result of those checks for that piece. If a check has not been done yet, the page says so instead of guessing.

1. Fabric named

We name the composition and the country it was made in, taken from the label rather than from a supplier listing. If we do not have it in writing, we do not print it.

2. Fit measured

We measure the production sample laid flat and publish the garment measurements per size, in centimetres and inches. Between sizes, take the larger one. Exchanges are free.

3. Worn and washed

Before a piece is listed, we wear it and wash it the way you would. What pills, shrinks or bleeds does not go live. The product page tells you how many washes it has been through.

4. The price is the price

One price, all year. No codes, no cashback, no countdowns. Sets are a fixed price too, and we say why.
