Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Cost

Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Prices include VAT and there are no import charges for UK customers.

Dispatch

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). The expected dispatch date is shown next to the buy button on every product page.

Delivery time

The delivery window for your address is shown at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation email.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
