Refund policy

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free within the UK.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the labels still attached, and returned in their original packaging. Please try pieces on indoors only.

How to return

Email us with your order number and the item you are sending back. We reply within one working day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot always be matched to an order.

Exchanges

Exchanges for another size or colour are free. We send the replacement as soon as your return has been scanned by the carrier, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we tell you by email whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.

We do not run sales, so every item is covered by this policy.
